His background spans large-scale commercial roofing, waterproofing, and exterior system management across national portfolios.
Having overseen more than 400 million square feet of roofing systems and delivered over $350 million in restoration projects, He understands how small exterior issues can translate into significant financial exposure if not properly managed. His expertise in risk mitigation, insurance claims, and lifecycle planning enables clients to control costs, improve predictability, and protect long-term value.
He has worked across the US and Caribbean working with clients to resolve issues. He has tested roof and Waterproofing systems at major test centers, mediated small to large insurance claims and served as expert witness in multiple litigation cases. Eagle's work is centered on three main goals:
