• Eagle’s principal is a seasoned building envelope and roofing executive with more than three decades of experience helping property owners, institutional clients, and organizations protect, manage, and maximize the performance of their building assets. His experience encompasses large-scale commercial roofing, waterproofing, building envelope systems, and exterior asset management across complex and geographically diverse portfolios.

• Throughout his career, he has overseen more than 400 million square feet of roofing systems and been involved in the delivery of more than $400 million in restoration projects. This depth of experience provides a unique understanding of how seemingly minor deficiencies within a building’s exterior can develop into significant repair costs, operational disruptions, property damage, and financial exposure when not properly identified and managed.

• His expertise extends beyond traditional roofing and maintenance. He has worked extensively in risk mitigation, insurance claims, forensic investigations, lifecycle planning, system performance, and capital expenditure management, helping clients make informed decisions based on the actual condition and projected performance of their building assets. His approach is focused on improving predictability, controlling costs, reducing risk, extending asset life, and protecting long-term property value.

• His experience spans the United States and Caribbean, working with property owners, contractors, institutional organizations, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex building envelope and roofing issues. He has participated in the testing and evaluation of roofing and waterproofing systems at major testing facilities, including FM, UL, the Canadian National Test Center, and IRT for Miami-Dade County approvals. He has also mediated insurance claims ranging from smaller property losses to significant commercial claims and has served as an expert witness in multiple litigation matters involving roofing, waterproofing, construction defects, and building envelope performance.
